Joe has over 30 years experience in Executive, Operations and Project Management roles in several industries.  He has a proven track record in linking people, process and technology in a multiple of change environments.  He has developed change management methodologies and responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement programs for business development, corporate strategic planning, TQM, policy and procedure documentation, system requirements analysis, supply chain management, and education/training.  Joe has excellent organizational skills at all levels and is highly professional in personnel interaction and presentation.  He has been an active member in several professional and community organizations and is currently Co-chairman of the local North Carolina Green Council.  He is one of the founding members of this organization and has led the council in the development of their mission statement, objectives, goals and implementation strategies. Joe has recently been awarded as a Certified Green Professional.
